Tim O'Regan is a partner in charge of Child Law at Rudlings Wakelam where he works exclusively in Child law and adoption. He was an original member of the Children Panel, a member of the Child Law Committee of the SFLA and of the Law Society's Child Law Sub Committee. He is also a Resolution accredited specialist in Child law and adoption. He was co-author of the SFLA Guide on Acting for Children and has written extensively on all aspects of Child Law and adoption. He regularly lectures to lawyers and is involved with Children Panel training.
Tim is named in the Chambers and Partners directory and the Legal 500 directory as one of the top solicitors practicing Family Law in the Country.
