Steven is a Solicitor and completed his training with the firm. Steven graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2004 with an LLB Law honours degree and went on to complete the LPC at Leicester De Montford in 2005. Steven is a member of our Commercial Department and is able to offer clients his expertise in Commercial litigation, Landlord and Tenant issues and Employment law.
Before joining the firm, Steven worked in both the Norwich and London offices of Marsh - an Insurance Brokerage firm. Steven was part of the broker support energy team dealing in risk management solutions and claims assistance. One of the most interesting projects with which he was involved in was a major oil company's construction project delivering oil from the Caspian Sea through Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia. This project required involvement in assessing marine risks, control of well risks, employer liability and cover for the pipelines. Steven's time in the commercial world has given him an invaluable opportunity to consider issues from a client's perspective and to remain client focused in delivering advice
Outside of the law Steven has a keen interest in sport, he enjoys football and rugby and generally keeping fit.
